KENSIS ENTERPRISE PVT. LTD. has been formed to undertake work and business activities in the domain of knowledge, skills development and related fields; thereby making an impactful contribution to the society. The whole idea of naming the company revolves around the idea that Knowledge is the basis of our existence and is the most powerful weapon that we have. It opens up tremendous opportunities in all aspects of our life. The name of the company signifies the value proposition that we intend to offer to the society. The word KENSIS is the combination of two words KEN and SIS. The word KEN stands for knowledge, Understanding, Cognizance, Mental Perception, Range of Sight or Vision. It has its origin from the Old English word Cennan which means to make known or declare and Middle English Kennen which means to make known, know, see. SIS has been taken from the word OASIS. Thus, KENSIS is formed to mean “Oasis of Knowledge”.

We understand that Knowledge and Skills are the key drivers of economic growth and social development. Hence, they represent the very base on which we aspire to undertake various business activities. Our mission is to empower individuals through knowledge and enhanced skills which will help them to have decent employment leading to sustainable life. It is widely known that in our country there exist a large gap between required skill sets for employment at the workplace and employ-ability of the people, especially those who are working in the informal and unorganized sector. Higher level of skill sets should be seen as the as the instrument to empower the individual and improve his/her social acceptance.
